Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at J and K Heating Ltd.

Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the company's operational needs are met.
  • Notice Preparation: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
  • Employment Advice: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Review: Review candidate inventories to ensure the best fit for the company.
  • Interview Arrangements: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Recruitment Specialist will work under pressure and require attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be accurate, have excellent oral and written communication skills, be flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
