Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at PRABU FOODS INC. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to support business objectives
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Source and screen candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization
  • Job Posting and Advertising
    • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates
    • Utilize various job boards and social media platforms to promote job openings
  • Candidate Management
    • Review and manage candidate inventories to ensure efficient hiring process
    • Coordinate interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
    • Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers
  • HR Support
    • Provide HR support to management and employees on recruitment-related matters
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
