**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks
* Prepare budget and cost estimates to inform menu pricing and inventory decisions
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
* Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
* Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role
* Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres

**Work Environment**

* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 30 hours per week
