Job Title: Real Estate Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team at Stewart & Bain Professional Corporation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and review of real estate documents, including deeds, mortgages, and title searches.
  • Conduct research and provide accurate and timely information to support the legal team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing correspondence and reports.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the legal team and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
