  • Financial Transactions: Process guest departures, calculate charges, and manage payments accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to emergency and safety procedures to ensure guest and staff well-being.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying as needed.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and coordinate wake-up calls for guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
