We're looking for a talented Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash clients
  2. Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify the need to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivity
  3. Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
  4. Educate clients on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
  5. Lead discovery for clients, help clients build ROIs for projects, and deliver presentations and estimates for delivering that ROI
  6. Translate client requirements into contact center design, leveraging best practices and other AWS Services
  7. Oversee and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards
  8. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and managing expectations and priorities
  9. Drive best practice contact center design into each and every aspect of solution delivery
  10. Effectively manage all aspects of project and client communications
  11. Deliver client end-user training and documentation
  12. Exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction from senior management
  13. Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership and management
Requirements:
  1. Customer-facing contact center experience
  2. Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
  3. Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
  4. Experience with hands-on scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#,.NET)
  5. Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and clients
  6. API integration experience
  7. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  8. Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing
  9. Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing, and deploying software, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy
  10. Contact center architecture knowledge
  11. Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
  12. Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
  13. Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
  14. Contact center product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.)
  15. Experience with WorkForce Management solutions
  16. Experience working with outbound dialers and campaign management
  17. Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
  18. AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
  19. AWS Developer Associate Certification or Professional
  20. AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional
  21. Salesforce Certified Administrator
