About the Role:
ACE Professional Career Inc is seeking a highly experienced Marketing and Sales leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of marketing and sales professionals to ensure effective execution of plans.
  3. Manage budgets and resources to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  7. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  8. Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize marketing and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
