Job Title: Director, Sales and Marketing

Ontario Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging and effective promotional materials to showcase our products and services.
  • Lead Sales and Marketing Teams: Hire, train, direct, and motivate sales and marketing staff to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
  • Act as Spokesperson: Represent the company as a spokesperson for public events and media appearances.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Assist in Preparation: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct Surveys: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to understand market trends and consumer behavior.
