Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work
    • Plan and manage the salon's daily schedule, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Client Service and Support
    • Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized attention and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing calm and professional support.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of stylists and support staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the salon, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
    • Prepare and submit progress reports, providing insights into salon performance and areas for improvement.
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring the salon has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  • Personal Suitability

    Requirements
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English language proficiency.
    • 35 hours per week.
