Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at Escada Hair International. As a Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hair salon, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule work and manage the salon's workflow to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Be the point of contact for clients and team members, handling emergency situations and providing technical advice and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are properly maintained and used safely.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
