Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bar Burrito. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Administrative and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
