Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Arawaza. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
