Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and visual merchandising.

- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.
- Merchandise Management: Work with the buying team to select and procure merchandise that meets the needs of our customers.

- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, monitor sales and expenses, and make recommendations to improve profitability.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, meeting all health and safety standards.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
