Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects, including creating detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in architectural design and development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other design software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
