Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Alert Guard Security Ltd.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Activity Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Team Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
