Job Summary

Tatem And Wolf is seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Maintenance and Operations
    • Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and develop plans to address them
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance tasks
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and operations
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost savings
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. facilities management, business administration)
  • Experience
    • 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic knowledge of maintenance and operations procedures
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of physical activity. The position requires the ability to work in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
