Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and risk management.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a business services or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
