The General Manager of Cleaning Services at CARELANCE JANITORIAL LTD. is responsible for overseeing the effective management of cleaning operations. This role requires a strong leader who can efficiently allocate resources and implement organizational strategies.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
- Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
- Authorize and organize the formation of major departments along with the recruitment of senior staff positions.
- Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs.
- Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations or other official capacities, or delegate this responsibility to others.
- Select middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional oral communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Employment Duration: Permanent.
- Working Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
