Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and that they are meeting the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
