Food Service Operations Manager

Milestones Grill & Bar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily food service operations to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure excellent service standards.
- Plan and organize daily food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
