Food Service Operations Manager

Milestones Grill & Bar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment
- Fast-paced environment with high volume of customers
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
- Repetitive tasks and physical demands of the job
