Position Overview:

As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales objectives while fostering a collaborative store atmosphere. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of the store and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or surpass individual sales goals while supporting the collective store targets.
  • Foster a positive retail environment through effective communication and teamwork with management.
  • Participate actively in all store meetings, events, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Adhere to operational procedures to reduce inventory loss.
  • Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in accordance with company protocols.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and the proper organization of Canada Goose products.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including replenishments and returns.
  • Assist in maintaining the physical standards of the store.
  • Uphold Visual Merchandising standards as directed.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail, ideally in a customer-centric setting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing store operations effectively.
  • Experience with luxury brands in high-traffic retail environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in inventory management and POS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
