  • Self-driven with a solid history in ServiceNow technologies, thriving in a dynamic technical environment with a rapidly growing client base
  • Organized and analytical, proficient in teamwork, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and custom development
  • Extensive experience across various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps)
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Capability to comprehend business needs and translate them into solution designs
  • Understanding of web-based systems architecture, service-oriented architecture, and enterprise application architecture, along with experience in managing expectations and priorities
  • Familiarity with project methodologies
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations
  • 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation
  • Demonstrated experience in solutions consulting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for simplifying complex solutions
  • Business architecture experience is a plus
