PAMIER KABOB Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PAMIER KABOB. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have everything we need to deliver exceptional meals.
  • Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure they meet our high expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our menu and inventory decisions.
  • Prepare food order summaries for our chef to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Permanent position with a 37.5 hours per week schedule.
  • Fluency in English is required.
