Job Title: Welder

Akal Demolition & Excavating is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and blueprints
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and specifications
  • Determine weldability of materials
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in welding
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
