Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide best-in-class client service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our clients.
- Sales: Achieve sales goals by effectively promoting our luxury fragrances and building strong relationships with our clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury fragrances, including their history, ingredients, and benefits.
- Selling Ceremonies: Create and execute effective selling ceremonies to engage clients and drive sales.
- Boutique Operations: Understand and adhere to our boutique operating processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Passion for Luxury and Fragrance: A genuine passion for the luxury and fragrance industry, with a deep understanding of the market and trends.
- Client-Focused: A strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
