Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sales Representative to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury and fragrance industry, as well as excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional client service, building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales goals and targets, driving revenue growth for the boutique.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including fragrances, candles, and home décor.
  • Selling Ceremonies: Create engaging and effective selling ceremonies to showcase our products and drive sales.
  • Operational Processes: Understand and adhere to boutique operating processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Industry Passion: A genuine passion for the luxury and fragrance industry.
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, building loyalty and driving measurable results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Business Acumen: Strong industry awareness and business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
