The Event Crew Member plays a vital role in the seamless delivery and collection of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional hospitality for guests and colleagues, while maintaining a safe and knowledgeable environment onboard. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to guests and team members
  • Support food and beverage service operations
  • Prepare and maintain buffet setups
  • Clean and sanitize shared spaces
  • Assist with guest seating arrangements
  • Manage waste collection and disposal
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service
  • Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
  • Smart Serve Certification is mandatory
  • Must possess an energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Capability to lift heavy items and work extended hours
