What you will do...
Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Children's Programming Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our children's programming.
- Lead a team in providing high-quality recreational and skill-based programs.
- Provide supervision, support, and coaching for front-line staff.
- Manage administrative responsibilities and program registration.
- Develop strong relationships with children, families, and community partners.
- Foster a positive team environment through ongoing professional learning.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality programs for children 0-12 years of age.
- Apply organizational values and a JAIDE lens to this work.
What you will bring...
- Diploma or degree in Recreation & Leisure, ECE, Child and Youth Work, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in children's programs and staff leadership.
- Strong knowledge in child development and coaching principles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

This role requires regular travel across the region, and a valid G Driver's license and full-time vehicle access are strongly recommended.
