Position Overview

The Email Marketing Automation Expert plays a pivotal role in overseeing all individualized triggered email initiatives for Canada Goose on a global scale. In collaboration with diverse teams, you will pinpoint triggers for automated email strategies, tailor content to enhance personalization, and refine performance through systematic A/B testing. Your contributions are essential in crafting fluid customer experiences while remaining abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and enhance global automated email pathways aimed at both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to elevate customer interaction and program efficacy.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of triggered email campaigns, from initial briefing to comprehensive evaluation.
  • Leverage customer insights for tailored email marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and improve the effectiveness of email programs through ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Foster relationships with marketing technology providers and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support the financial and strategic priorities of the Marketing Automation team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of communication compliance and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A detail-oriented and data-driven approach to marketing.
