Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

CPA Ontario is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our digital team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including email calendar management, creative briefings, email creation, reviews, and deployment.
  • Analyze email analytics and generate performance reports to share with cross-functional business units and the digital team.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to effectively build user journeys for email automation.
  • Support email list management with list automation and segmentation across business units using audience builder.
  • Optimize email marketing process by assisting with the review and optimization of the current email marketing process and increasing the use of email best practices.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Marketing or other business discipline.
  • Skilled in email marketing and have demonstrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and familiarity with journey builder and audience builder and backend optimization.
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be an asset.
  • Experienced with email analytics and able to generate performance reports and insights.
  • Experienced with copywriting, email development and design and able to design frameworks for A/B testing in email.
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal skills.
