Job Title: Senior Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for activating, supporting, and optimizing the performance of up to 15 enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve growth and operational excellence in alignment with our 10x vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Activate and onboard up to 15 market partners within the first quarter.
  • Measure and maintain high health scores for all market partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.
  • Collaborate with market partners to develop and implement strategies that align with and contribute to our 10x growth vision.
  • Proactively identify and address issues faced by market partners, providing timely and effective support.
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly calls with market partners to ensure smooth operations and continuous growth.
