Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at Foot Locker. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and maximize profits.

Responsibilities
  • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and working collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent sales service
  • Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
  • Maintain personal and productivity goals
  • Uphold the quality and productivity of every aspect of the store
  • Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and the Store Manager
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer needs
  • Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
