Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Establish and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
