Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Counsellor to join our team at ELITE ROYAL INTERNATIONAL CAREER COLLEGE INC. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to students, parents, and teachers, helping them navigate educational and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them make informed decisions about their future.
  • Counsel students on personal and social issues, promoting their overall well-being and success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement guidance programs.
  • Administer and interpret standardized tests, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Refer students to specialized services when needed, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
  • Participate in staff meetings, conferences, and workshops, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, sharing knowledge and expertise with students, parents, and educators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
