About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans that align with business objectives and drive cost savings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Develop and implement category management strategies that drive business value and improve supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Ariba, with experience in procurement software and systems.
