Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Tavanna Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods, and managing a team of drivers and logistics personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and logistics personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery routes and schedules to optimize logistics operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and cargo.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
