About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
