About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our trade, broadcasting, and other services division at Korea Food Trading Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $8,000,001 +.
  • Supervision: More than 20 people.
  • Transportation/Travel: Willing to travel internationally.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and team player.
