Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at KOREA FOOD TRADING LTD. will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the organization, ensuring the effective implementation of policies and programs.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role or equivalent experience.
Language Requirements
  • Asset Language: Proficiency in Korean is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Setting: Retail, wholesale, and distribution sectors.
Financial Oversight
  • Budget Responsibility: Management of budgets exceeding $8,000,001.
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to align with organizational policies.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions and divisions.
  • Establish organizational objectives and approve relevant policies.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, fostering optimal working conditions.
Supervisory Duties
  • Oversee a team of more than 20 individuals, including working groups and committees.
  • Manage contractors and staff across diverse responsibilities.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with travel expenses covered by the employer.
