Industrial Infrastructure Project Engineer

CIMA+ is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic 'Civil - Industrial Infrastructure' team in Montreal.

Your Responsibilities:- Contribute to the design of multidisciplinary industrial engineering projects encompassing underground services, pavement structures, earthworks, and drainage systems.
- Lead plant project execution for our clients, overseeing schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop technical, feasibility, and preliminary design studies.
- Prepare accurate construction cost estimates and comprehensive work schedules.
- Conduct calculations, provide technical assessments, and draft detailed design reports.
- Oversee project follow-up activities, including shop drawings and change notices.
- Coordinate effectively with various departments involved in multidisciplinary projects as the discipline leader.
- Ensure strict adherence to applicable standards and maintain the highest quality of deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Registered member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Proven expertise in project design and execution.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- A passion for coaching and mentoring others.
- Experience in consulting engineering (an asset).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software (an asset).
