Brewery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Brewery Supervisor to join our team at Dead Frog Brewery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our brewery, including supervising and coordinating the activities of our brewery staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of brewery staff, including training and development.
- Minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a brewery or related industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
