Brewery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brewery Supervisor to join our team at Dead Frog Brewery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our brewery, from raw material receipt to finished product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily activities of brewery staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, product quality, and employee safety.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal brewery performance.
- Train and develop brewery staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- 1-2 years of experience in a brewery or related industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in brewing or related field preferred.
