The Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the Ferrero Brantford Plant's equipment and processes operate at optimal levels, minimizing technical downtime. This position will be responsible for guaranteeing equipment and machinery value, performing component breakdown analysis, and identifying root causes of potential issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating statistical analysis, charts, and drawings to support maintenance policies and procedures.
Main ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Planning
The Reliability Engineer will support the maintenance planner/scheduler in managing the allocation of resources and PMs according to the line's availability. They will also collect, elaborate, and share best maintenance practices to be used during maintenance interventions.
New Projects Management
The Reliability Engineer will lead the implementation of new maintenance tools and software, including SAP PM and mobile system integration. They will also support the deployment of OEE factory-wise and create new standards for maintenance policies and procedures.
Quality and Food Safety
The Reliability Engineer will guarantee equipment and machinery value safeguard, perform component breakdown analysis, and identify root causes of potential issues. They will also collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Coordinator to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other relevant food safety and environment regulations.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a minimum university degree in a relevant engineering discipline and a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant industry experience. They will also have strong technical background in maintenance and engineering, demonstrated experience with coordinating activities across cross-functional areas, and proven hands-on problem-solving and project management skills.
