Food Service Team Lead

Trifon's Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
