About the RoleThe Federal Sector Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Infrastructure Canada Federal market growth and development, working closely with the Business Operating Unit Leader and the Federal Program Operations Lead. This role requires a strong understanding of the Canada Federal Government market and the ability to develop and execute a business plan to support key clients and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business plan to support key clients and opportunities in the Canada Federal Government market.
- Collaborate with Business Line Leaders, Sector Leaders, Regional Business Line Leaders, Business Center Practice Leaders, and Account Managers to identify and prioritize key clients and opportunities.
- Lead marketing and business development efforts to grow regional business and deliver results within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Coordinate and participate in go/no-go decisions and pursuit budget discussions for federal opportunities.
- Partner with Federal key client account managers, major programs leads, and major capture teams to deliver results.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of federal government experience within multi-disciplinary environments and business operating unit markets.
- Experience with winning and delivering work with Canada government key clients and accounts preferred.
