AWS Senior Practice Manager

Ambitious IT leaders, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Practice Manager to spearhead our Public Sector practice in the Federal Government of Canada. If you have a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide IT transformations, this may be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with our partner teams to envision business development initiatives and thought leadership in the Public Sector space.
  2. Provide portfolio guidance and oversight, working closely with our customers and partners to architect and implement innovative solutions.
  3. As a strategic advisor to our customers, partners, and internally across AWS, you will leverage your diverse IT and/or Management Consulting background and knowledge of industry trends to inform our go-to-market strategy.
  4. Develop and drive a forward-looking strategy, clearly outlining the investment and multi-step plan necessary to help our customers lead the changes to IT strategy, policies, processes, people, governance, and partnerships.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of experience leading consulting verticals in the Canadian Federal Government, Crown Corporations, or Provinces.
  2. Proven track record of leading advisory services or verticals.
  3. 7+ years of experience in consulting practice leadership with P&L responsibility.
  4. 7+ years of experience selling and delivering technology consulting services.
  5. 7+ years of experience providing strategic, consultative services in a sales or advisory services environment.
