Residential Market Studies Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Market Studies Analyst to join our National Economic Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to studies for our residential feasibility consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and collect data from internal and external sources to support feasibility studies.
- Prepare information for reporting and analysis, including data entry and preliminary analysis.
- Support the development and maintenance of analytical models and create informative tables and charts for consulting reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to disseminate information and build relationships.
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Urban Geography, Urban Planning, Business, or a related discipline.
- Basic research, quantitative, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings.
