**Job Summary**
FirstService Residential is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the leasing process, including marketing, showings, and lease signings
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including scheduling and supervising maintenance staff
- Handle resident complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and submit reports on property performance, including vacancy rates, rent collections, and maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and accounting, to ensure seamless operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in property management
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of property management software and systems an asset
