**Job Summary**

FirstService Residential is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the leasing process, including marketing, showings, and lease signings
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including scheduling and supervising maintenance staff
  • Handle resident complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on property performance, including vacancy rates, rent collections, and maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and accounting, to ensure seamless operations
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in property management

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems an asset
