Residential Market Studies Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Market Studies Analyst to join our National Economic Advisory team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to studies for our residential feasibility consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Research and Analysis: Collect data from internal and external sources, including economic, demographic, and real estate market data. Correspond with industry participants to elicit and compile real estate market data.
- Prepare Reports and Analysis: Perform data entry for analytical models, prepare preliminary analysis, and support complex consulting reports by writing, editing, and proofreading assigned sections.
- Build and Create: Use GIS software to perform spatial data analysis, provide high-quality graphic outputs and mapping, and assist with the development and maintenance of analytical models.
- Learn and Grow: Continuously upgrade your knowledge regarding market and industry trends.
- Education and Motivation: University degree in Economics, Statistics, Urban Geography, Urban Planning, Business, or a related discipline. Take ownership of tasks, be detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting team efforts.
- Technical Skills: Basic research, quantitative, and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel. GIS software knowledge is a benefit.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative and able to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Willing to work occasional weekends or evenings to complete studies or attend client meetings.
- Impact and Collaboration: Join a national team conducting over 100 feasibility studies annually, with a top-end product and reputation for delivering services with independence and integrity.
